Terms, cancellations and refunds

1. Who the contract is with

The contracting party is the guardian who creates the family account. Children are not parties to this agreement and cannot purchase anything.

2. Free trial

• • Each child may take one free trial session per learning track.
• • Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the session and the free trial remains available.
• • A cancellation inside 12 hours, or a no-show, counts the free trial as used. An administrator can reinstate it, with a recorded reason.

3. Booking and capacity

• • Seats are confirmed at the moment of booking, not reserved by adding to a basket.
• • The remaining-seat count shown while browsing is indicative; capacity is confirmed when you book.
• • Bookings close 60 minutes before a session starts.
• • All times are shown in the time zone on your account and stored in UTC, so seasonal clock changes do not shift your class.

4. Payment

• • Prices are set in USD and are fixed onto your order when it is created.
• • Manual payments (cash, bank transfer, Whish, OMT) stay pending until an administrator confirms receipt. Your seat is issued at confirmation.
• • We do not store payment card details.

5. Cancellation by you

• • Group cohorts: individual sessions in a fixed cohort are not refunded or rescheduled individually. Materials remain available.
• • 1:1 credits: cancel at least 24 hours before and the credit returns to your balance automatically. A later cancellation or a no-show consumes the credit.
• • Credits expire 120 days after purchase. We notify you before they do.

6. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session, you are not charged for it: a cohort session is rescheduled or the course extended, and a 1:1 credit is returned in full. If we cancel a course entirely, we refund the unused portion of your package. A cancelled session keeps its history in your account rather than disappearing.

7. Refunds

• • Before the first session of a package: full refund on request.
• • After the course has started: we refund the unused sessions, at the per-session rate on your order.
• • Refunds are approved by an administrator, recorded against the original payment with a reason, and returned by the same method where possible.

8. Instructor substitution

Occasionally an instructor is replaced for a session. You are notified, and the change is visible on the session in your schedule. Substitution is not grounds for a refund on its own.

9. Acceptable use

Meeting links are for the enrolled child and their household only. Please do not share them, record sessions, or upload content that is unsafe, unlawful or not your own work. We may end a session or an enrolment where a child's or instructor's safety requires it.

10. Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms is dated. When we publish a new version we ask for renewed consent, and your consent history is visible in your account settings.
